How do I get my test results?  

In most cases, your physician’s nurse will call you with the results of your test. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to receive the test results and for our physician to review the results. If you have additional questions or wish to discuss another issue with the nurse, you may call the office at any time.

How do I get my prescription refilled? 

If you are in the office for an appointment, please ask your physician’s nurse for a refill at that time.  If you need a refill after your appointment, please have your pharmacy call our office to request the refill and allow 48 hours. Please note that we do not fill prescriptions on weekends.

How do I make an appointment?  

Most patients need to see their primary or family physician first to order any tests needed to evaluate your condition before  a surgical determination can be made. After it is confirmed that you require neurosurgical treatment, ask your doctor to schedule your appointment and transfer your records.
