Colin J. Przybylowski, M.D.

Dr. Przybylowski joined the Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic in 2022. He specializes in neurosurgical oncology — the treatment of patients with benign and malignant tumors of the brain and spine.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his residency in neurosurgery at the world-renowned Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. During residency, he also completed an enfolded brain tumor fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.

Dr. Przybylowski has published extensively on surgical techniques to safely remove tumors in high-risk areas of the brain. In his general neurosurgery practice, he is an advocate for muscle-sparing, minimally invasive approaches to the lumbar spine, including lateral lumbar interbody fusion (LLIF) and anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF).

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, surfing, watching college basketball, and traveling with his family.
