Charlotte Spangler joined Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic in 2012.
She received her bachelor’s degree in French at the University of Virginia. She earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University.
Charlotte is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.
She lives in Raleigh and enjoys fly fishing, golf, jogging, and sailing.
